feeley

Feeley is my mother's maiden name but they believe it was O'Feeley before they came to America. I was curious if this has an Irish origin. Unfortunately, my last name is Miller and that was changed when they came to Ellis Island so we have no idea what our name was prior. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
