Gaelic Translation

I am Getting a tattoo of my double barrelled name in gaelic but all i keep getting for murray starts with (o') and i know it shouldn't can you give me all translations for murray?

The only Irish I know for Murray is "Ó Muirí",and as far as I know the "Ó" must always be used when saying it in Irish.

I've just found that there is also "Mac Muireadhaigh" for Murray.

ijust got a tattoo bearing my late husband's anme eric but I wanted the gaelic translation which I thought was eiric. Being as I already got the tattoo, i hope this is correct.

Eric in Gaelic is NOT Eiric but Eirc (although it is pronounced as Erick). It is a form of Earc meaning freckled. The name was adopted by the Dublin Vikings and they took it back north with them.

Jacob is Iacób.
