What dose the name Rachel and Jaqueline mean?

Rachel = Rícheal
(I don't know what the name itself means,sorry)

Jacqueline = Seacailín / Siacailín
Jacqueline is the female equivalent of the names Jack,Jacques,Jackie etc.

Rachel means 'a ewe, a lamb'. There are two forms in Irish, both equally correct, just introduced into Ireland at different times. The most common is Raichéal (pronounced as Rahail). Also Richéal. NO FADA above the 'i', but one above the 'e'.

Jacqueline is Seacailín in Gaelic. From Hebrew meaning 'the supplanter'. Also the origin of Jacob and the later English James/Jack.
