Welsh branch of Earl Kingston Extensive research into The Earl of Kingston (et al) and their estates in Ireland, Scotland and Wales did reveal that very little of their once vast extensive estates remains as part of the family's property. Devolved members are: Lady de Villiers b.1970 outside Montrose, Scotland, Sir Thomas Knighter b.1944 of Cork, Ireland, Leighton Vaughan Kingston b.1966 and David Alister Kingston b.1978 Carmarthenshire, Wales, Deborah Cavendish b.1920 later to become The Duchess of Devonshire. Although loosely connected, the estate ownership has become too devolved for unity.
